East Kent Training Limited (established in 1980), is an independent training company.

Registered with LANTRA National Training Organisation Limited, East Kent Training Limited also provide fork lift training with other accrediting bodies such as ITSSAR (Independent Training Standards Scheme & Registration). 
We also provide certificated qualifications by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health;  National Proficiency Test Council and also our own; which is recognised by the Health & Safety Executive and is suitable for insurance purposes.  

Our main purpose is to provide short - medium length training courses that are individually designed to be flexible to the specific requirements of our clients.

Unlike college courses that are frequently restricted to a term-time regime, our courses offer individuals and companies alike, the opportunity to train at a time to suit them.

We understand the problems faced by small to medium sized businesses when it comes to fitting a staff training programme into an already pressured workload and we do our very best to help you achieve your goals without too much interruption to your busy schedule.

We mainly provide training on your site, or alternatively in conference facilities, at hotels, pubs or in other halls should you prefer. Wherever it is, it can be local to you, saving you time and money on travel and accommodation costs.

All of our courses are competitively priced and run by instructors who are specialists in their field. Our instructors are constantly updated and monitored, and are actively involved in a continuous professional development programme.

Many of the courses are compatible to fit into an NVQ programme if required.

Our courses are run on a highly participative basis, where trainee interaction is actively encouraged, often by working together in pairs or small groups. They are designed to be informative, enjoyable and fun, with the use of practical examples, dvd's, role-play, workbooks and backup material. We definitely don’t believe in the “We talk and you listen” format!

Complaints Procedure

East Kent Training Limited takes pride in the quality of the service we offer. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service that you have received, please let us know. This direct customer feedback is important to us.

 

How to complain:

1.      In person, directly to us. It is hoped that any complaint can be resolved     

         amicably straight away.

We will ensure that we:

·      Acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days

·      Investigate and respond fully to you within a further 10 working days

·      Review potential improvements to the service we provide
