HYGIENE AWARENESS TRAINING FOR LOW RISK OPERATORS
(2.5 hour session)

Who should attend?

For staff who are low risk operators 
i.e. Those working in the fields or on rigs, fruit pickers, vegetable cutters and packhouse line staff
 


This 2.5 hour course will cover hygiene and other food hazards, focusing on good practise and procedures.
