This course will gain you a level
2 qualification focusing on good practice
and procedures. The programme covers a defined syllabus.
A
reasonable level of writing and comprehension ability is necessary to be
successful in the standard written exam. Intermediate food is suitable for
staff who are Supervisors, Managers & those working in Quality Assurance.
This is a 3 day course plus a 2 hour examination.

There is also an Advanced Food Hygiene Course
available. This course is suitable for those working with High Risk
Processed Foods. This is a 6 day course plus an examination.
